Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment Structure

All services provided by Proppixel operate under a structured advance payment model.

Work will not commence without receipt of the agreed advance payment.

• Advance payments are mandatory.
• Monthly retainers must be paid before the service cycle begins.
• Ad budgets are separate and paid directly to respective platforms.

2. Due Dates & Delayed Payments

Invoices must be cleared on or before the agreed due date.

Proppixel reserves the right to pause campaigns, automation systems and marketing activities in case of delayed or pending payments.

Services will resume only after outstanding dues are cleared. Delays may affect campaign performance and continuity.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Proppixel are non-refundable.

This includes:

• Advance retainers
• Strategy fees
• Creative production costs
• Consultation fees
• Automation setup charges

4. Reason for Non-Refund Policy

Proppixel operates on a structured execution model. Resources, strategy planning, technical setup, creative production and system deployment begin immediately after onboarding.

As a result, fees cover committed professional time, intellectual property and operational allocation — not just final outcomes.

5. Ad Platform Spend

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta, Google or other third-party networks are governed by their respective policies.

Proppixel does not control platform refund decisions and is not liable for ad spend losses, rejected ads or account restrictions.

6. Project Termination

If a client chooses to discontinue services, payments already made remain non-refundable.

Any ongoing work up to the termination date will be considered billable.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be treated as a breach of agreement.

Proppixel reserves the right to suspend services, recover dues and initiate legal remedies if required.

8. Agreement Acknowledgement

By engaging Proppixel’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Payment & Refund Policy in full.
